Please read these terms carefully before placing your order. They explain how sizing is confirmed, our no-return policy, and how to report a damaged product. By ordering from ONEE, you agree to these terms.

Placing an order
All products listed on our website are shown with real photographs. Once you place an order, it is processed and shipped the same way as any standard online order.
We do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD). All orders must be paid for in full, online, at the time of placing the order.02
Size confirmation call
Before your order is dispatched, our team will call you to verify your size against the product you’ve ordered. This is a standard step on every order
This call exists to catch any sizing mismatch before the product leaves our hands — once dispatched, sizing is considered confirmed and accepted by you. Please make sure you’re reachable on the phone number provided at checkout so this call doesn’t delay your order.

No returns, no exchanges, no COD
We do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons of personal preference, change of mind, or sizing issues — sizing is confirmed with you over a call before dispatch, so it cannot be disputed afterward. We also do not offer Cash on Delivery; full payment is required online at the time of order.

Exchange for damaged products only
The only exception to our no-return, no-exchange policy is a genuinely damaged or defective product. To be eligible for an exchange:
- You must record a video of the unboxing and the damage immediately upon receiving the product — not after a day or any delay.
- Send us this video over WhatsApp as soon as you notice the damage, on the same day of delivery.
- Claims made after the day of delivery, or without unboxing video proof, will not be accepted.
- Once your video proof is reviewed and the damage is confirmed as genuine (manufacturing defect or transit damage), we will arrange an exchange for the same product.
- Damage caused after delivery, or normal wear and tear, is not covered.

Sizing accuracy
Each product page lists size details and measurements for that piece. Please check these carefully before ordering. The pre-dispatch confirmation call (Section 2) is your opportunity to double check fit with our team — once you’ve confirmed sizing on that call and the order is dispatched, the size is considered accepted and cannot be disputed later.

Payment
Full payment is required online at the time of placing your order. We do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD) on any order.

Order processing & delivery
Please place your order with enough lead time before your wedding date, especially during peak wedding season (October to February), when shipping volumes are higher.
