  • Your delivery address
  • The product and size you’ve ordered
  • Any unboxing or damage video you send us, if you raise an exchange request
  • Payment confirmation details (we do not store your card or bank details — these are handled directly by our payment gateway, Razorpay)
  • Basic website usage data (such as pages visited) through standard analytics tools

WhatsApp & phone communication

We use WhatsApp and phone calls to confirm your size before dispatch, share delivery updates, and handle any exchange requests. By placing an order, you agree to be contacted on the number provided regarding your order. We do not send promotional messages without your interest first being expressed.

Who we share information with

We do not sell or rent your personal information to anyone. We share information only with:

  • Our internal order processing team, to fulfil your order
  • Our payment gateway (Razorpay), to process payments securely
  • Courier or delivery partners, to ship your order to you

Damage claim videos

If you raise a damage exchange request, the unboxing video you send us is used solely to verify the claim. We do not share this video outside our internal team, and we do not post it publicly without your separate, explicit permission
